These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions, giveaways, and promotions (“Promotions”) run by Transform with Tess unless otherwise stated within an individual promotion announcement.

• No purchase is necessary unless explicitly stated.
• Incomplete, fraudulent or automated entries will not be accepted.
• By entering, participants confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.

4. Promotion Period

• Each promotion will include start and end dates.
• Entries submitted outside of the promotion period will not be counted.
• The promoter is not responsible for delays, technical issues, or submissions not received.

• Prizes are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash unless stated by the promoter.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners are chosen at random unless judged criteria is specifically stated.
• Winners will be contacted via Messenger / Email / Phone / Social Media DM within 2 days.
• If a winner does not respond within 5 days a new winner may be selected.
• The promoter’s decision is final.

7. Publicity & Content Use

8. Liability

• Entrants participate at their own risk.
